- All orders are shipped via either UPS or USPS. We determine the best shipping method based on the item being shipped and your shipping address.
- We ship only to the USA
- A handling fee of 1.00 is included in the shipping fee to cover the cost of packaging materials.
- Some items have an additional shipping fee due to size. This is automatically added to your order and is displayed by the applicable products.
- Credit cards are not billed until order is shipped.
- Orders are fulfilled (shipped) within 5 days of order origination unless you are told otherwise. Customized products may take up to 14 days to complete.
- Delivery time may vary from 3-7 days depending upon your location. Shipping is to U.S. addresses only.
- All items are shipped in excellent, working condition.
- Returns accepted within 30 days of your order date.
All items to be returned must have a Return Authorization which must be requested by email. - Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. NO shipping costs are reimbursable; this includes costs originally paid to ship your order and the cost to return your purchase to us.
- All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- Be sure to include a copy of your receipt showing your credit card number so proper credit can be made to your credit card account. No cash refunds for credit purchases.
